La Clemencia Medical Spa & Casa de Eventos is a health and event center located in Caracas.

 

The aim was to revitalize the online presence in both business verticals in order to increase their sales after a decline due to the pandemic.

 

For this reason, a digital marketing strategy was implemented, which included the creation of profiles in different social networks. In this way we were able to expand the audience, improve the brand image, diversify the content and integrate e-commerce.

 

As a result, the number of events per month reached a very positive flow. The number of customers increased and, consequently, so did sales.

 

In Medical Spa we also achieved an effective strategy. With an investment of $115 in advertising, we reflected a return on investment of 1400%.
