In 2020, Optimus Steel, located in Beaumont (Texas), requested the support of our team so that the report sheets were not done in Excel. 

 

Excel spreadsheets were used to record work time, the weekly activity schedule, as well as the flow of tasks assigned to each employee. 

 

All of this is transformed into an application that allows them to record the activities they do every day. Now supervisors can assign, in a more efficient way, the type of activity that employees must perform during a particular week, their daily workday and even provide payroll to the finance department. 

 

Optimus Steel has a robust application that relates the number of working hours regardless of the number of activities performed within the workday. In addition, it facilitates the management of payment schemes by integrating with other applications such as Paylocity and SAP B1. The application also helps with cost control and activity-based budget management.
