APOLO's commercial and administrative data lived in two separate systems, ICG and Profit Plus, and moving information between them relied on manual entry. With 41 stores and a distribution center running in parallel, that process put the integrity of financial and operational data at risk and delayed access to critical information.

We implemented data synchronization and extraction between ICG and Profit Plus, achieving complete data transfer across all 41 stores and the distribution center. With manual entry removed, sales, invoicing and inventory data now flow consistently between both systems.
