Fájate

A catalog architecture built for variants and sizing, in a storefront designed to convert

Fájate

The challenge

Fájate is a leading Colombian brand specializing in the design and manufacture of high-quality post-surgical and shapewear garments. As part of its international expansion, the company set out to modernize its commercial operation in Venezuela with a robust, scalable e-commerce platform that could anchor its growth in the country. The core challenge was translating the complexity of a medical fashion brand into a digital environment that was efficient, intuitive and tuned to how Venezuelan consumers shop. That meant organizing a diverse inventory with several critical variants, including sizes, colors and models, so every shopper could find the right garment. At the same time, the commercial operation relied on manual processes that capped its ability to scale, and both payment methods and shipping options had to match the realities of the local market.

The solution

We developed a custom e-commerce platform designed to turn Fájate's operational complexity into a shopping experience that is organized, secure and oriented toward conversion. The solution brought together advanced catalog management, an optimized purchase process, local payment methods, logistics tools and hands-on training for the internal team. Beyond the build, we supported Fájate's team through adoption so the company could run its digital channel independently.

The result

Fájate now has a scalable digital sales channel built to support the growth of its catalog and commercial operation.

What we built

  • A custom storefront with an interface aligned to the brand's identity, products and positioning.
  • A storefront structure oriented toward conversion, focused on reducing friction on the path to purchase.
  • A flexible catalog architecture for configuring products by size, color and model, ready to accommodate catalog growth and new references.
  • An optimized checkout and a secure purchase flow that reduce friction before the order is placed.
  • Integration of local payment methods suited to Venezuelan consumer behavior.
  • A shipping module with options matched to carriers available in the Venezuelan market, plus real-time order tracking.
  • Automated order management, replacing manual steps with a digital workflow.
  • Training for the internal team on inventory management, order administration and promotions, with technical support throughout implementation.
