The challenge

Sofi Medical needed its platform to keep evolving so the company could run daily operations more efficiently and manage commercial and administrative processes from a single digital environment. The work centered on the parts of the operation that demanded more speed, control and traceability. Customer registration and management had to be simplified to make capturing and maintaining information easier, and the terminology used across the system needed to be standardized for a more consistent experience. Payments were another pressure point: the platform had to support collections through multiple payment methods while preserving the ability to review, consolidate and approve each transaction. Operationally, the company needed stronger tracking of inventory, outbound movements and transfers, plus specific controls for its distributor network so each partner would see only its assigned inventory and reach only the campaigns its permissions allowed. Finally, there was a clear opportunity to automate the paperwork tied to orders instead of manually rebuilding information the system already held.

The solution

We delivered a package of custom improvements and enhancements to the Sofi Medical platform, embedding controls, automations and business rules directly into its operational and administrative processes. Each feature was designed as part of a connected set, contributing to a more structured operation rather than standing on its own. For distributors, we added logic that limits each partner to the information that belongs to them, restricting inventory, history and campaigns according to configured permissions. Consolidating payment data and automatically generating order documentation cut manual work and kept the operation centralized. The result is a model that pairs operational autonomy with administrative control.
