A complete management and secure logistics platform with full traceability across the service lifecycle
The challenge
Cash-in-transit is an operationally demanding sector. Companies handling the pickup, custody and delivery of cash or high-value assets were working with manual processes, fragmented communication and no reliable traceability. The obstacles included coordinating clients, carriers, coordinators and auditors, each needing different information; strictly recording who did what and when, backed by physical evidence; supporting field work, where custodians capture mileage, forms and photos across multiple stops; delivering precise account statements that classified the condition of the assets; and supporting multiple clients with independent locations and approval flows.
The solution
We delivered Transvalor, a platform that centralizes and digitizes the entire operation through 13 core modules covering the full service lifecycle, from the client request to accounting reconciliation. The system connects every operational party through web and mobile interfaces, enabling route planning, GPS tracking and real-time evidence capture. Its architecture automates financial reconciliation, vehicle inventory control and personnel verification on a scalable, secure structure built to handle multiple clients with complete operational transparency.

What we built
- Service request management covering origin, destination, amounts, currency and serial numbers, guided by a structured flow: Pending, Approved or Rejected, Assigned, In Progress and Completed.
- Client-side service approval before execution, reducing errors and disputes.
- Daily route planning with vehicle assignment, crew leads and mileage logging, plus service transfers between routes when incidents arise, without losing traceability.
- A tablet-based mobile app for custodians: route view, stop logging, and capture of photographic evidence and exception forms (S26).
- Real-time GPS tracking with continuous position history, supporting incident response and serving as proof of route.
- Fast field personnel verification by ID number, with no dependency on external HR systems.
- Partner management for clients and suppliers covering tax data, locations and accepted currencies, bulk upload via Excel templates, and fleet management with a vehicle inventory and availability validation.
- Role-based security with granular access for ten distinct roles.
- Detailed account statements exportable to Excel, with balances, package counts and asset classification (fit, unfit, suspected counterfeit).
- An immutable audit log of every change, recording previous and new values, the responsible user and the timestamp.
- An operational dashboard with real-time KPIs and historical comparisons.
