The challenge
WMC needed to govern the full lifecycle of finished product, from the moment it leaves production through final distribution by truck, rail, and barge. Material movements between warehouses relied on manual records, with no direct path to keep that information aligned with the corporate ERP.
The solution
We built ShipApp, an advanced inventory and shipping logistics application that manages the entire cycle and stays synchronized with SAP HANA ERP in real time. Mobile scanning captures movements at the point where they happen, so inventory status and shipment progress are reflected in the central systems immediately.
